Qualifications
- Strong operational resilience background across financial services, with experience at LSEG, Lloyds, WEX and BUPA delivering resilience, risk and regulatory change programmes.
- Hands-on experience with DORA and FCA/PRA operational resilience requirements, including impact tolerances, service mapping, scenario testing, governance and remediation activities.
- Led DORA remediation across 188+ applications at LSEG, working on observability, incident response, backup management and compliance readiness ahead of key regulatory deadlines.
