About the Role:

We are seeking a full‑time “ Operational Readiness Manager ” to lead operational readiness and organizational transformation for a major urban rail modernization program. The ideal candidate will support the transition from conventional signal systems to a Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC) environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement an operational readiness and transformation plan.
• Identify gaps in workforce skills, processes, technology, and resources.

Estimated Annual Compensation:

$180,000–$210,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Location:

New York, NY

This is a full‑time, on‑site position. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional weekend work may be required based on project needs.
