Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks an Operational Readiness Project Manager to support a large-scale manufacturing modernization project bringing MES and electronic batch record implementation to the site. This on-site role will coordinate with cross-functional teams including MTO, QA, QE, Materials Planning, and Manufacturing.

You will lead meetings, capture minutes, manage risks and action items, develop schedules, and deliver monthly readiness dashboards.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership and strategy oriented role; not mid-level.
• Experience mapping business processes, building schedules, and setting up performance tracking.
• Technical MES knowledge is helpful but not required; emphasis on operational/quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings, capture meeting minutes, identify and track action items, develop risk registers and mitigations, and drive the team to adhere to plan.
• Provide schedule development support and act as a point of contact for routine schedule updates.
• Track operational readiness action items, develop plans to support approach, and provide monthly status dashboards.
