Job summary

Cape Fox Mission Systems seeks an experienced Operational Psychologist to provide advanced support services to the US Army. The position requires eligibility for Top Secret with SCI clearance and may involve up to 20% travel in the National Capitol Region.

Responsibilities include data analysis, job analyses, personnel selection, assessment administration, leadership consultation, and non-clinical resilience and performance programs, with adherence to APA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct data analysis, formal job analyses including program validation, and relevant research to facilitate process improvement; manage personnel selection records and database.
• Must receive and maintain privileges for assessment and selection at a Military Treatment Facility.
• Shall support the assessment and selection of incoming personnel and provide feedback to unit leadership on suitability of personnel to serve within certain military organizations or positions.

• Conduct, administer, and interpret a full spectrum of psychological assessment tools and consult with command personnel.
• Provide professional development and awareness education to leadership and INSCOM personnel as requested and support non-clinical mental resiliency and performance enhancement programs.
• Shall provide crisis response and follow-up non-clinical counseling and intervention in the event of unit casualties or other serious incidents.
• All deliverables must meet professional standards and guidelines defined by the commander and APA Practice Guidelines for Operational Psychology.
• Up to 20% travel as required within the National Capitol Region.

• Up to 20% travel throughout the National Capitol Region is required.

The annual salary for this exempt position is $205,300. This salary represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
