Job summary

The Brink's Company is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to drive projects from planning through execution within North America, focusing on business operations, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination for financial institutions. This role explicitly excludes IT project management and software development lifecycles.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate activities, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while collaborating with Operations,

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated successful project management of large projects in excess of $0.5M to $2.0M in cost, revenue or savings.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) or MS Project.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator and manage the day-to-day execution of strategic operational projects and initiatives partnering with cross functional teams both internal and external.
• Establish project cadence as necessary to ensure cross functional alignment and develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, action logs, and implementation schedules
• Coordinate project activities across multiple functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve project risks.
• Proactively and as required communicate project status.
• Support project implementation while also ensuring all documentation is completed and in place as required.
• Complete project completion review to identify project management office best practices as well as challenges and opportunities.
