Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams across Banking, Risk, Compliance, Operations and IT to define scope, goals and deliverables while ensuring regulatory alignment and clear accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams (Banking, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and IT) to clearly define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Translate complex business and banking requirements into actionable project plans, roadmaps, and workflows.
• Develop and manage end-to-end project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executives and steering committees, providing transparent updates on project status, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Business Analysts and SMEs to ensure system solutions meet strict functional, operational, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), staff training programs, and operational change management to guarantee smooth system rollouts and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
