Responsibilities

• Primary contact for operational performance with labor/resource planning.
• Communicate performance metrics up the hierarchy and with customers and sites.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence for site-level guidance and training.
• Lead labor planning models and train site leaders on analytics.
• Drive labor efficiency and savings through issue mitigation and communication.
• Align site performance with business and account strategies.
• Analyze performance data and steer improvement initiatives.
• Sponsor internal projects related to site performance.
• Champion continuous improvement across sites and sectors.
• Educate associates on operational performance and impact.
