Job summary

Government Recruitment Service is seeking an Operational Management Information Developer in Bradford to drive data-driven improvements for Working Age services. You will generate performance insights, build analytical products, and present findings to senior stakeholders within the Digital Transformation Group.

You will lead data analysis efforts, develop visualisations, and collaborate with Operations and Digital teams to shape service delivery across Universal Credit and Labour Market

Qualifications

• Produce insightful management information, analysis and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Investigate data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.
• Communicate findings to support operational and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Produce insightful management information, analysis and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools to support operational and strategic decision making.
• Develop robust analytical products using SQL or similar programming languages, ensuring outputs are accurate and reproducible.
• Combine data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights and inform business improvements.
• Lead analytical and performance improvement projects, delivering outcomes at pace.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions and deliver complex outcomes.
• Present complex data and technical findings clearly for non-technical audiences.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative working environment while contributing to team objectives.
