Job summary

MetalTek International offers a Leadership Development Rotation in Wisconsin that takes 2.5 years. You will rotate through manufacturing and support departments, gaining hands-on exposure to operations, processes, customers, and products.

Qualifications

• Four year technical/engineering degree (Materials/Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Industrial Eng).

• Demonstrated technical intelligence and mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

Your Leadership Development Rotation will take you from the office onto the shop floor. You will have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves. You will spend a total of 2.5 years in assignments that include in a variety of manufacturing and support departments. You will have the opportunity to learn about and be involved in business operations, products, customers, and manufacturing processes. The final year of your rotation will be 4 months as an operations analyst assessing and improving the department you will then spend the balance of your final year supervising.
