Job summary

LMI is seeking a Top Secret cleared Operational Integration Lead to support the development and deployment of integrated operational information and decision-support capabilities for the U.S. Army.

You will work directly with Army personnel to identify mission requirements, improve access to enterprise information, and help deliver applications and workflows using Palantir Foundry, Maven, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years supporting military operations or related technical integration.
• Hands-on Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or Maven experience.
• Ability to translate operational needs into technical capabilities.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with Army operations center environments.

Responsibilities

• Work with Army operations center personnel to understand mission processes and information requirements.
• Translate operational needs into actionable technical requirements and workflows.
• Support development and deployment of Palantir-based applications, dashboards, and workflows.
• Coordinate with data and software engineers to refine ontology-backed apps and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead demonstrations and iterative feedback sessions with operational stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on practical use of Palantir capabilities in operational environments.
