Job summary

TTX Company is seeking a quantitative intern to join the Operational Finance team in Charlotte. You will contribute to analytics, forecasting, and automation initiatives, building Power BI dashboards and supporting end-to-end financial analyses.

As a sophomore or junior pursuing an undergraduate degree, you will work cross-functionally with Equipment, Maintenance Planning, and Shop Operations, gaining hands-on FP&A exposure and practical experience in a corporate finance setting.

Qualifications

• Majors: Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Current Sophomore or Junior pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Oracle systems, or data analytics is a plus.
• Interest in financial planning and analysis, operational finance, process improvement, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Learn quarterly forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and management presentations.
• Develop one to two Copilot or AI-enabled automation use cases for a team session.
• Collaborate with Equipment, Maintenance Planning, Shop Operations, and cross-functional partners.
• Assist with FMO Optimization analysis to identify efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Support FMO planning and forecasting process-improvement and documentation.
• Build, validate, and enhance Power BI dashboards; support related analyses.
