Job summary

Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to standardize knowledge, training, and processes across Equipment Operations.

In this hands-on role, you will translate complex machinery workflows into clear, repeatable training systems and SOPs, partnering with technicians and leadership to eliminate waste and drive continuous improvement. You will write and audit SOPs for ISO 9001, develop technical qualification programs, and lead Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives on the

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing, continuous improvement, technical training, or quality assurance.
• Ability to simplify highly technical processes into concise, usable documentation.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and data-driven process optimization.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and ownership-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• SOPs & Documentation: Write, revise, and audit SOPs, work instructions, and technical materials for ISO 9001 compliance.
• Workforce Development: Build, maintain, and scale technical qualification and cross-training programs.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and process-mapping initiatives to reduce cycle times and variation.
• Knowledge Management: Capture and transfer lessons learned across teams with scalable systems.
• Operational Flexibility: Support shifting priorities by driving ad-hoc projects and system rollouts.
