Job summary

Diamond Foundry Inc. in Wenatchee, WA, is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to standardize technical knowledge, training, and processes across Equipment Operations.

You will translate complex machinery workflows into clear, repeatable SOPs and training systems, aligning engineering with the production floor. In this hands-on role, you will partner with technicians and leadership to eliminate waste and lead continuous improvement initiatives, helping the company scale its green diamond

Diamond Foundry is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to standardize technical knowledge, training, and processes across Equipment Operations. In this hands-on role, you will bridge the gap between engineering and the production floor by translating complex machinery workflows into clear, repeatable training systems and SOPs. You will partner with technicians and leadership to eliminate operational waste and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
