Job summary

Pure Storage, Inc. in Lehi, Utah, is seeking an Experienced Technical Program Manager for Operational Excellence to drive structure, visibility, and risk reduction across the Global Information Security Office.

You will partner with security, engineering, and business leaders to translate complex initiatives into predictable, high-impact outcomes. You will lead cross-functional programs, build scalable processes, manage risks, and provide executive-ready insights through reviews and KPI tracking

Qualifications

• Technical Program Leadership: Proven capability driving complex, multi-stakeholder programs in information security, enterprise technology, or infrastructure.
• Governance & Operational Expertise: Mastery of program lifecycle management, risk mitigation, dependencies, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Process Optimization & Ambiguity Navigation: Building scalable operating models and standardized workflows in fast-paced tech orgs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication to align engineering teams and executive leadership.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and will work from the Lehi, UT office.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic program execution: spearhead cross-functional security programs from intake through completion with governance and execution frameworks.
• Establish scalable operating mechanisms: deploy standardized processes, metrics, and templates to improve delivery and accountability.
• Proactively manage risk & dependencies: identify bottlenecks and align partners to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Deliver leadership & portfolio insights: lead quarterly reviews and executive-ready KPI reporting.
