Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure company and customer quality standards are met.
• Conduct quality tests, inspections, and calibrate equipment.
• Analyze samples for all areas of the processing plant, including raw materials and finished products.
• Analyze pH, Gluten, and water activity.
• Communicate findings to FSQA Manager with feedback and recommendations.
• Ensure employees follow safety regulations.
