Operational Excellence Readiness Coach-Bilingual

Redzone helps manufacturers increase productivity while improving the employee experience. Focused on "the connected worker," we enhance frontline engagement and productivity through software and coaching, achieving an average 22% productivity boost in 90 days. With over 1000 customers and 1400 plants, we are transforming manufacturing workplaces.

The OpEx Readiness Coach, under the leadership of the Implementation Lead, provides coaching and guidance to QAD Redzone customers during the initial 8 weeks of implementation. This full-time, remote role requires travel Monday-Friday, 42 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to ensure customer readiness for Connected Teams Coaching.
• Conduct onsite visits post-project management phase.
• Ensure signals are wired and visual factory is installed.
• Perform initial software training and support the Practice Team.
• Summarize key outputs, risks, and team roles for internal teams.
• Configure and set up QAD Redzone software to match client production processes.
• Verify manufacturing data completeness and relevance.
• Possess knowledge of shop floor environments, workflows, and processes, especially in Food & Beverage and CPG industries.
• Support client confidence before go-live.
• Monitor automation signals and ensure real-time data accuracy.
• Manage escalation processes for critical issues.
• Provide initial training for management, leads, and shop floor users.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements include fluency in Spanish and English, experience with OEE, strong communication skills, and knowledge of MS Office. PLC experience is a plus.

Education & Experience

• BA or BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum one year of hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably in food and beverage industries.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90,000-$115,000 USD annually + bonus.
