Job Summary

Lead the successful delivery and implementation of enrollment technology products that support the majority of Allstate Benefits’ business. As the Enrollment Product Owner, you’ll manage priorities across platforms like EnrollMyWay, EnrollTrack, AllApp, and Benefit Pipeline—ensuring solutions meet both internal and customer expectations. You’ll collaborate closely with tech partners, suppliers, sales support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are effectively prioritized, built, and launched. This role owns the product roadmap and backlog, while also guiding operational readiness activities to ensure smooth adoption and use.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and prioritize product backlog for new features, fixes, and enhancements.
  • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and customer-facing groups.
  • Collaborate with PMs and tech partners to ensure readiness tasks like documentation, training, and communications are completed.
  • Manage the roadmap and budget for assigned products.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable requirements while balancing competing priorities.

Skills and Background You’ll Need

  • EDUCATION:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • EXPERIENCE:Minimum 2 years in a Product Owner, Project Manager, or related role.
  • Proven ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize work in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales support processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with tech partners and internal teams to manage multiple high-visibility product initiatives is a requirement of the role.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Allstate Benefits platforms and services; experience supporting long-term relationships with technology partners.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

$92,250.00 - $135,250.00
