Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Operational Excellence Program Leader to drive major infrastructure projects and optimize performance through technology and innovation in health and human services.

You will oversee large PM teams, develop schedules and budgets, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients to deliver measurable outcomes while advancing your career in a flexible, growth‑focused environment in California.

Qualifications

• 9+ years managing complex projects across full PM lifecycle.
• 5+ years on AWS projects; AWS certification a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Budget development, control, and project metrics proficiency.
• Strong leadership and executive presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of major infrastructure projects.
• Keep operational excellence projects moving and deliver better outcomes.
• Lead large project management teams and staff.
• Oversee the Operational Excellence program and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare SOWs and assist with proposals and business development.
• Communicate with client and team; track metrics and risks.
