Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt considered an asset.
• 5+ years of experience leading operational excellence, continuous improvement, transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing programs, portfolios, governance processes, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program, providing coaching and support to participants, project sponsors, and leaders
• Build and sustain a Continuous Improvement Community of Practice through learning events, workshops, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
• Coordinate Operational Excellence initiatives from intake through execution, ensuring projects are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable value
• Facilitate workshops, process improvement events, and problem-solving sessions while supporting benefits realization and sustainable outcomes
• Develop executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and presentations that showcase program performance, project outcomes, and organizational impact
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to strengthen governance, standardize practices, and advance Operational Excellence goals
