WGL seeks a Specialist, Operational Excellence to lead our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program and coordinate cross‑functional improvement initiatives that strengthen organizational capability. Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt considered an asset.
• 5+ years of experience leading operational excellence, continuous improvement, transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing programs, portfolios, governance processes, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.

As Specialist, Operational Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in building our continuous improvement culture by leading the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program, coordinating Operational Excellence initiatives, and fostering a thriving community of improvement practitioners. The role offers a competitive salary range of $114,700 to $159,075 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, this position is eligible for our Short-Term Incentive compensation program. Employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and wellness coverage, retirement savings programs, and paid time off.
