Job summary

Metals & Additives LLC is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to lead initiative design and execution across operations. You will partner with Operations, IT, Product, and Customer Support to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable process improvements that deliver measurable results.

The role emphasizes Kaizen leadership, data-driven decision making, and the development of dashboards and SOPs to standardize workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma or other CI methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with data analysis tools and dashboard reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities across business functions and develop recommendations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate workflows and design solutions to improve efficiency, quality, service, and productivity.
• Develop and optimize process documentation, SOPs, and workflow maps.
• Own departmental KPI reporting and analytical insights to support decisions.
