Job summary

Belron is seeking a Process Improvement Manager to drive continuous improvement across Safelite field operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will develop and execute improvement plans, mentor teams, analyze data, and present results to senior leadership, while traveling up to 25% as needed.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and create standard solutions that reduce waste and enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7-9 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvement plans to drive operational efficiency across multiple facilities or departments.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholder engagement plans, and business case objectives for initiatives.
• Monitor data and KPIs to identify opportunities and track progress against targets.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify improvements and implement best practices.
• Engage stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Develop process solutions to complex problems aligned with organizational goals.
• Train and mentor team members on process improvement techniques to build internal capability.
• Present business cases and project results to senior leadership and influence major decisions.
