Job summary

First Quality seeks a Business Process Improvement Leader for the First Quality Products division, with a split location option in McElhattan, PA or Macon, GA. The role focuses on applying Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to drive efficiency, quality and cost savings across manufacturing and related operations.

The ideal candidate will map processes, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with IT and engineering to deploy digital tools and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• ASQ or equivalent Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / FDA desirable.
• Experience with Manufacturing 4.0 and automation integration desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish process improvement goals and strategy for the division.
• Assess current processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Design and deploy Lean and Six Sigma to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map processes and remove bottlenecks.
• Partner with IT, engineering, and operations to integrate digital tools.
• Develop and manage process improvement roadmaps, budgets, and timelines.
• Create documentation for standardized processes and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and training to build improvement capability.
• Establish KPIs to measure performance and impact.
• Monitor progress and report to leadership on initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
