Clarios, LLC is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager at our Winston-Salem, NC assembly plant to lead lean initiatives across Operations, Engineering and Functional Groups. You will design and drive roadmaps, train teams, and ensure annual savings targets are met through standardized CI practices.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and at least five years of leadership in lean manufacturing with strong problem-solving skills and cross-site collaboration.
What You Will Do As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will transform Clarios manufacturing results by applying lean principles. Specifically, you will serve as a facilitator, educator, advocate, consultant, and accountability partner to support staff team members in Operations, Engineering, and Functional Groups across multiple sites.
Winston-Salem - Assembly Plant
Our Winston-Salem, North Carolina assembly plant manufactures batteries used in automotive and marine applications. We opened our facility in 1978 and now employ more than 500 people and operate six days per week. We are actively involved in our local community and give back through food drives for Second Harvest Food Bank and toy drives for Brenner Children’s Hospital.
