Job summary

Clarios is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to transform manufacturing results by applying lean principles across multiple sites. You will serve as a facilitator, educator, advocate, consultant, and accountability partner to support staff in Operations, Engineering, and Functional Groups.

You will develop strategy roadmaps, conduct CI training, drive annual savings targets, and establish KPI baselines while sharing best practices regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a leader in a mature lean organization.
• At least 5 years of working in a manufacturing environment.

Winston-Salem - Assembly Plant

Our Winston‑Salem, North Carolina assembly plant manufactures batteries used in automotive and marine applications. We opened our facility in 1978 and now employ more than 500 people and operate six days per week. We are actively involved in our local community and give back through food drives for Second Harvest Food Bank and toy drives for Brenner Children’s Hospital.
