Kettle Cuisine, LLC. is seeking a transformational Senior Director of Operational Excellence to elevate manufacturing performance across our U.S. network. Reporting to the COO, you will shape the culture, establish a scalable operating system, and drive EBITDA improvements with measurable results.

Ideal candidate blends strategic vision with hands-on manufacturing leadership, developing leaders and embedding ownership at all levels to translate opportunities into sustainable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing operations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and sustaining operating systems across multiple facilities.
• Experience in food manufacturing or high-volume environments preferred.
• Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a network-wide Operational Excellence strategy aligned with growth.
• Design and deploy a standardized manufacturing operating system with visibility and accountability.
• Partner with plant leadership to set improvement roadmaps and disciplined execution.
• Lead initiatives to improve OEE, throughput, labor productivity, and asset utilization.
• Drive sustainable cost reduction through waste elimination and efficiency gains.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and build sustainable capabilities.
