Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or science; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in lean/continuous improvement roles; 5+ years in people leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site's Operational Excellence strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Translate corporate strategy into operational initiatives that drive measurable performance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Site Leadership on productivity, transformation and operational effectiveness.
• Establish governance mechanisms to monitor initiatives, portfolio execution and value realization.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma and CI initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain and support functions.
• Coach and develop capabilities; drive digital transformation to improve data visibility.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to optimize capacity and equipment effectiveness.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and governance to monitor performance; lead reviews.
