Job summary

Victor Sierra Aviation seeks an Operational Excellence Leader for a 24-month developmental assignment embedded across two operating companies in the U.S. You will drive an OPEX transformation, lead Kaizen events, and partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to raise safety, yield, and on-time delivery.

You will mentor staff, build capability, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement while working on site at assigned VSA facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability with measurable improvements.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate for a 24-month assignment across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kaizen events and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Drive safety, yield, productivity, and delivery performance improvements.
• Standardize best practices across sites within the vertical.
• Provide leadership reporting with clear metrics and dashboards.
