• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus; Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise operational improvement from problem definition through execution and measurement.
• Performs root-cause analysis, governance, and operating-model design to deliver measurable value.
• Governs playbooks, workflows, RACIs, and escalation paths for scalable delivery.
• Translates findings into actions, owners, checkpoints, and adoption measures.
• Partners with senior leaders to develop business cases and executable plans.
• Evaluates readiness, ROI, and operating impact of transformation initiatives.
