Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.
• Certification or formal training in Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Improvement preferred.
• Experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or training in regulated life sciences environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of processes across Development.
• Translate strategy into standardized, efficient, scalable, and inspection-ready processes.
• Define process standards, performance measures, and ensure clear roles and accountability.
• Develop and deliver training on new/changed processes including compliance expectations.
• Design curricula and onboarding for roles and processes; maintain documentation.
• Identify inefficiencies and risks, lead improvement initiatives with data-driven insights.
• Support adoption of new processes through change management and training inputs.
• Track process performance, communicate outcomes, and manage residual risks.
