Qualifications

• BS/BA with emphasis in supply chain or related field is required.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) certification or similar is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Independent with a strategic, analytical, solution-oriented mindset for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify, implement, and monitor process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations communicating findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders.
• Use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
• Manage and oversee quality improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional and siloed teams to ensure alignment on solutions.
