• Interest in or exposure to product or process development.
• Self-motivated with a strong bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Own continuous training and retraining for the team, including tools and systems (e.g., TES, inventory tracking).
• Serve as first line of resolution for process questions and edge cases.
• Build and maintain training materials and on-demand tutorials.
• Surface, prioritize, and drive process improvement initiatives across sites.
• Design and run lightweight experiments to validate improvements.
• Support SOPs and standards, ensuring cross-site consistency.
