Podium Automation is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the entire production lifecycle, from design to delivery, and expand our manufacturing capabilities. This senior leadership role requires a proactive approach to managing operations in our fast-scaling hardware environment.

You will be responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, supply chain management, and facilities expansion, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency across all processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in manufacturing or related sectors.
• Demonstrated track record scaling manufacturing operations from early-stage to meaningful volume.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production operations across all facilities.
• Lead procurement and sourcing for components and materials.
• Manage site selection for new manufacturing facilities.
