Job summary

GSK is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive GPS deployment and Lean Six Sigma initiatives in our new state-of-the-art Drug Product facility. You will coach teams, manage improvement projects, and embed standard work with data-driven practices.

You will develop smart dashboards (Power BI/Power Apps) for real-time visibility and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cost savings and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years deploying standard work, visual management and Lean tools with measurable results.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in engineering, science, manufacturing, business, or supply chain.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher with hands-on improvement project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Implement manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes using Lean/Six Sigma tools in the new facility.
• Lead GPS implementation with operators and managers to embed standard work and visual management.
• Maintain a GPS/Lean task portfolio and track deliverables with dashboards.
• Develop dashboards and visual systems (Power BI/Power Apps) for Drug Product operations.
• Deploy digital, AI and Industry 4.0 capabilities within operational excellence.
• Support problem-solving and change-management to close actions linked to site goals.
• Analyze data to diagnose root causes and drive efficiency, safety and quality.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to deliver end-to-end improvements.
