Job summary

GSK is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive GPS deployment across Drug Product operations, embedding Lean Six Sigma, visual management, and data-driven routines from day one in a state-of-the-art facility.

You will coach cross-functional teams, lead improvement projects, and create standard work, performance boards, and digital workflows using Power BI/Power Apps to enhance safety, quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years deploying Lean tools in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, manufacturing, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt/Master Black Belt or progression) with hands-on project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Implement GPS in the new drug product facility using 5S, value stream mapping, and DMAIC.
• Lead GPS deployment with operators and managers to embed standard work and visual management.
• Develop smart dashboards and visual management for operations (Power BI / Power Apps).
• Apply data analysis to diagnose root causes and drive continuous improvement.
