Job summary

GSK in King of Prussia, PA seeks a GPS Continuous Improvement Manager to lead site-wide Lean/Six Sigma projects, coach teams to adopt GPS standards, and drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will partner with manufacturing, quality, MSAT, engineering, EHS and supply chain to identify opportunities and embed sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field such as math, science, technology, Stem etc.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• 8+ years of experience leading continuous improvement, operational excellence or production-system deployment
• 4+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing, such as biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device or a comparable environment. GxP or FDA experience is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience teaching and coaching continuous improvement including problem solving using DMAIC or A3 methodologies
• 1+ years of experience with strategy deployment (Hoshin Kanri) at site or business-unit level
• 1+ year of experience building or strengthening a Lean management system
• 1 + years of experience leading cross-functional change

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Coach and develop site teams and leaders to adopt GSK Production System (GPS) standards including standard work, tiered performance management, and structured problem solving.
• Establish and manage performance routines and metrics to track progress and report business impact.
• Use data and digital tools to turn insights into clear, timely actions at the frontline.
• Standardize and sustain improvements through processes, training, and documented controls.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to remove barriers and ensure changes are implemented and measured.
