GSK is seeking a GPS Continuous Improvement Manager at our King of Prussia site to lead end-to-end process improvement across safety, quality, delivery and cost. You will coach teams, deploy GPS standards, and drive measurable business impact through data analytics and structured problem solving.
This on-site role partners with manufacturing, quality, MSAT, engineering, EHS and supply chain to identify opportunities and deliver sustainable improvements.

As a GPS Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead continuous improvement activities across the site to improve performance around safety, quality, delivery, cost and people pillars . You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, MSAT, engineering , EHS and supply chain team s to ide ntify opportunities, run improvement projects, and embed sustainable ways of working.
