Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. seeks an experienced OPEX Manager to lead the site’s Continuous Improvement System (ECIS), Business System (EBS), Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma efforts.

You will partner with the plant leadership to develop the improvement roadmap, strengthen daily management, and accelerate results across operations. This hands-on role requires coaching capability, process discipline, and a track record of delivering sustainable cost and performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven years in manufacturing, operations, or cross-functional roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of three years in continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence.
• Minimum of three years leading people, projects, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Lean Management Systems and their link to business strategy and daily operations.
• Proven analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with structured problem-solving methods, including 8D and statistical analysis.
• Ability to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship.
• Broad knowledge of Lean tools and principles (VSM, 5S, TPM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Champion ECIS, EBS, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies across the facility.
• Develop, deploy, and sustain the site's continuous improvement strategy.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve performance.
• Build a culture of structured problem solving and accountability.
• Lead Operational Assessment preparation, execution, and follow-up.
• Coach leaders on connecting daily activities with business objectives.
• Deliver annual savings commitments and track financial impact.
• Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize high-value initiatives.
