Job summary

Divcon Controls in Irving, TX is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive accountability and consistent execution across the project management organization. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, you will serve as a liaison between SVP, Project Executives, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and cross-functional partners for data center projects.

You will monitor adherence to PM standards, identify gaps, escalate issues, and help ensure standardized processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in construction project management, program management, or operations.
• Experience with data center, BAS/BMS, MEP, electrical, HVAC controls, or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Experience driving accountability across cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SVP of Operations' liaison for project management accountability, follow-through, and execution across Project Executives, Senior Project Managers, and Project Managers.
• Monitor adherence to PM processes, company standards, operating procedures, reporting requirements, and leadership initiatives across portfolios.
• Identify overdue, incomplete, or noncompliant PM activities and follow up with responsible leaders to drive resolution.
• Maintain visibility into schedules, project documentation, financial reporting, system updates, approvals, risk reviews, and other operating rhythms.
• Track commitments and actions from reviews, audits, and leadership meetings through completion.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, and reporting to provide leadership with visibility into process adherence and trends.
