Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Quality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in process improvement or operational excellence.
• Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma principles.
• Experience applying continuous improvement tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training and coaching on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Identify, analyze, and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and operations via process mapping and data analysis.
• Partner with leaders to establish KPIs, visual management, and routines like huddles and leader standard work.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that support operational excellence and organizational goals.
