HelloFresh is seeking an Operational Excellence Coordinator to drive efficiency and quality by improving processes, practices and skills across the network. You will model HelloFresh values, lead CI projects, coach teams on Lean methods, manage change and govern standard work to sustain improvements.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong problem-solving, and a commitment to a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean/problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to identify opportunities and investigate root causes to drive improvements.
• Data-driven with KPI monitoring and data-informed decision making.
• Project management experience showing delivery of improvement initiatives.

• Lead and support Yellow Belt/CI projects to improve key operational KPIs and deliver measurable results.
• Train and coach employees on process improvement methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Lead change initiatives, ensuring new processes, technologies and systems are adopted and embedded.
• Manage Operational Excellence projects from planning through to execution, monitoring and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing preventative measures to minimise disruption and maintain smooth operations.
• Embed and standardise best practice, documenting improvements, maintaining standard work and sharing learnings across the network.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Strong communication & collaboration - confident working cross-functionally, building stakeholder relationships and coaching/supporting teams on Lean, problem-solving and performance improvement.
