Qualifications

• Experience deploying and maturing the Woodward Production System.
• Ability to develop leaders as coaches within the value stream.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills for improvement workshops.

Responsabilités

• Coach the deployment and maturity of the Woodward Production System for the Value Stream.
• Develop a problem-solving culture across all levels of the organization.
• Develop leaders as coaches and empower teams while supporting leadership development.
• Strategic partnership with Value Stream leaders to align performance with site objectives.
• Cascade site objectives down to value stream departments, teams and individuals.
