Russell Investments seeks an Operational Due Diligence Analyst to support assessing risks across traditional and alternative investment managers. You will work with the Global Manager Operational Due Diligence team, conducting reviews, analyzing documents, and contributing to written recommendations with an emphasis on technology, automation, and data analysis.

The role offers growth in ODD expertise, collaboration across teams, and opportunities to work on travel domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field is required.
• 1+ years of experience within the asset management or financial services industry is required.
• Experience using generative AI tools to support research, document analysis, reporting, or workflow efficiency is required.
• Experience in alternative investments, fund accounting, investment operations, fund administration, audit, compliance, internal controls, operational risk, or due diligence is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information and assess risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
