Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Relevant certifications can substitute for a maximum of 1 year of experience.

ENTRY/DEVELOPMENTAL

Entry is with a high school diploma or GED and no experience.

FULL PERFORMANCE

Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.

SENIOR

Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience. Provide support to achieve core NSA mission objectives by actively managing the functioning of enterprise systems and networks.

• Analyze technical problems and develop, implement, and evaluate corrective actions.
• Perform full lifecycle support including hardware, software, firmware, and configuration upgrades, installations, or modifications to equipment.
• Translate user requests into technical diagnoses and develop technical solutions that meet user needs.
• Test, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, configure, and improve various types of enterprise IT systems (e.g., desktops, servers, database, network devices, cloud infrastructure).
