Job summary

NSA is seeking IT professionals to support enterprise systems and networks, applying expertise to analyze problems, develop corrective actions, and provide full lifecycle support for hardware, software, and firmware.

You will translate user needs into technical solutions and help improve IT infrastructures, ranging from database management to application support, joining a top team protecting national security interests.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant IT support or admin experience.
• Experience with databases, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Certifications can substitute for up to 1 year of experience.
• Entry-level path available with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to manage enterprise systems and networks.
• Analyze technical problems and develop corrective actions.
• Perform full lifecycle support including upgrades and installations.
• Translate user requests into technical diagnoses and solutions.
• Test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain IT systems.
