• Professional certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational audits across the organization's business and operating processes.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of auditors, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional growth.
• Lead the full-cycle audit process from start to finish.
• Partner with audit leadership on the annual business process audit plan and the direction of the function.
• Build practical operational knowledge of the business so risk assessments and recommendations hold up with operating leadership.
• Travel to operating and plant environments.
