Job summary

You will lead operational audits across a large, asset-intensive organization, manage a team, and own the audit plan. • Manage, coach, and develop a team of auditors, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional growth.
• Lead the full-cycle audit process from start to finish.
• Partner with audit leadership on the annual business process audit plan and the direction of the function.
• Build practical operational knowledge of the business so your risk assessments and recommendations hold up with operating leadership.

• 12+ years of related experience, including a few years of management experience.
• Professional certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $140,000-$175,000 DOE per year, with an annual bonus and more. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
