Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Manufacturing and/or Project Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with PLM/ERP systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, SAP) and change management processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Experience in manufacturing or operations environment, with understanding of production processes and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Certification in manufacturing digital tools, such as SAP or Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodology.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support change control processes within Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring accurate implementation, traceability, and compliance with governance standards
• Analyze operational data and develop BI dashboards and reports to support performance monitoring and decision‑making
• Support execution of operational improvement initiatives by tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using structured project management methodologies
• Develop and maintain automated reporting tools, templates, and data models to improve visibility of project and operational KPIs
• Support program governance through structured reporting, risk analysis, and communication with local and global stakeholders
