Job summary

INNOVIM is seeking an Operational Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency on the IRES contract. Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO. Remote work is not available. Clearance required: DoW Secret. Shift: Day.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, extract and aggregate operational information, and publish structured PowerBI reports to monitor health and performance. Strong analysis and communication across teams are essential for mission success.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of general IT, operations, or analytical work experience.
• Must have 2+ years of direct experience extracting, consolidating, and analyzing operational information from multiple data sources.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Active DoW Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and maintain standardized processes and technical documentation.
• Extract and aggregate operational information from multiple sources to establish performance benchmarks and key measures.
• Author, publish, and maintain structured performance reports using PowerBI to showcase operational health.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational workflows to support informed decision-making.
• Identify systemic trends and root causes of issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Facilitate communication across diverse teams to ensure mission alignment.
