Job summary

Guthrie Hospital in Sayre, PA is seeking an Operating Room Radiologic Technologist who supports physicians and OR staff in using portable C-arm fluoroscopy to capture diagnostic images and assist with patient positioning.

You will supervise students, ensure radiation safety, coordinate C-arms, perform QA on images, and work as part of a multidisciplinary radiology team to uphold high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification is required for this role.
• Preferred: minimum six months as Radiologic Technologist in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures in the OR setting.
• Position patients accurately to optimize imaging views.
• Conduct QA checks on images prior to radiologist submission.
• Coordinate use and cleanliness of C-arm fluoroscopy equipment.
• Act as radiation protection advisor to minimize exposure.
